MY CONFLICT — Intro

All of our programs operate within a metaphor. This is part of the initial activation methodology. My Conflict uses an angel—the better angels of our nature. In the distortion of conflict, a part of you wants to quit mid-journey despite a history of self-control. You coercively force yourself to keep going because you decided you would, and you're not a quitter. But that's not sustainable.

My Conflict is the second of three programs in My Mastery, designed to weave your subconscious decision-making Grounding with your Somatic Certainty, Curiosity, Confidence, and Clarity. Five sessions calibrate five precision elements:

  • Persuasive Conflict: Locate and relate to the internal conflict between the part that wants to quit and the rest of you

  • Persuasive Certainty: Create your first "We are..." statement—the connected way

  • Persuasive Curiosity: Create your second "We are..." statement—the imperfect way

  • Persuasive Confidence: Create your third "We are..." statement—the creative way

  • Persuasive Clarity: Create your fourth "We are..." statement—the stable way

DISCOMFORT IS A FEATURE, NOT A BUG.

There are no comfortable ways to negotiate a ceasefire with the conflicted part of yourself. The resistance you may feel in my writing style, the layout of this blog, the black-and-white videos, and the complexity woven throughout are features, not bugs. Being uncomfortable is normal; putting in effort is the point.

We contain multitudes. The goal is not peace—peace between paradoxical parts is rarely possible. The goal is a ceasefire: a permanent negotiation in which both truths coexist within a structure.

THIS IS NOT TRAINING. IT'S CALIBRATION.
