MY CRISIS — Intro

All of our programs operate within a metaphor. This is part of the initial activation methodology. My Crisis uses a climber frozen on an overhang. In the distortion of crisis, something external feels insurmountable. Not "I can't start" or "I want to quit" but "I'm stuck, can't move, it's hopeless." It's connected to identity—you're messing with who I am.

My Crisis is the third of three programs in My Mastery, designed to weave your subconscious Energy Persona with your Somatic Certainty, Curiosity, Confidence, and Clarity. Five sessions calibrate five precision elements:

  • Passionate Crisis: Locate and relate to the external crisis that creates a depressive sense of inevitability

  • Passionate Certainty: Create your first "It is..." statement—the connected way

  • Passionate Curiosity: Passionate Curiosity: Create your second "It is..." statement—the imperfect way

  • Passionate Confidence: Create your third "It is..." statement—the creative way

  • Passionate Clarity: Create your fourth "It is..." statement—the stable way

DISCOMFORT IS A FEATURE, NOT A BUG.

There are no comfortable ways to passionately engage what feels insurmountable. The resistance you may feel in my writing style, the layout of this blog, the black-and-white videos, and the complexity woven throughout are features, not bugs. Being uncomfortable is normal; putting in effort is the point.

Crisis distortions create lethargy and hopelessness. The passionate approach overcomes that by activating your energetic self—getting really big and really loud. That's what you're activating with a pause.

THIS IS NOT TRAINING. IT'S CALIBRATION.
