My Choice - Intro
MY CHOICE — Intro
All of our programs operate within a metaphor. This is part of the initial activation methodology. My Choice uses a bell—the Navy SEAL training bell you ring when you want to quit. In the distortion of choice, your bell is rung before you can even begin. Something dramatic or traumatic happened in the past, and a part of you coded an "always and forever" response: I'm not allowed to do anything that looks like that.
My Choice is the first of three programs in My Mastery, designed to weave your subconscious decision-making Environment with your Somatic Certainty, Curiosity, Confidence, and Clarity. Five sessions calibrate five precision elements:
Possessive Choice: Locate and relate to the learned helplessness that has dispossessed your agency
Possessive Certainty: Create your first "I am..." statement—the connected way
Possessive Curiosity: Create your second "I am..." statement—the imperfect way
Possessive Confidence: Create your third "I am..." statement—the creative way
Possessive Clarity: Create your fourth "I am..." statement—the stable way
DISCOMFORT IS A FEATURE, NOT A BUG.
There are no comfortable ways to reclaim agency from a lifetime of learned helplessness. The resistance you may feel in my writing style, the layout of this blog, the black-and-white videos, and the complexity woven throughout are features, not bugs. Being uncomfortable is normal; putting in effort is the point.
We can't turn distortions off, but we can pause and change the outcome. We can pause using subconscious, and we can change the outcome using somatic. We can think our way to pause. We can feel our way to a different outcome.
THIS IS NOT TRAINING. IT'S CALIBRATION.
