My Library: All Programs
All of Robert Millar’s Self-Guided Programs in one package.
My Leadership:
My Leadership is the first of three programs in My Success, designed to expand your awareness of what's coming and help you counter blind reactions. Most leaders operate on autopilot—instinctive sequences running subconsciously under the surface, creating predictable patterns others exploit. You've built an effective leadership rhythm that got you here. The question is, can you see it clearly enough to exploit it? Leadership is a climb. Every leader moves through the same five holds in sequence, but what you've stored at each hold is yours alone—built biographically through repetition under pressure. Five sessions reveal your instinctive sequence across five critical moments: Wall (how you set goals), Anchor (how you assess potential), Rope (how you decide), Harness (how you act), Direction (how you handle stress). This gives you the power to name the instinctive choices. Operate where instinct and discipline move as one—here and everywhere you lead.
My Culture:
My Culture is the second of three programs in My Success, designed to expand your awareness and help you anticipate what's coming and counter blind reactions. Organizations demand performance. Humans need health. Most leaders sacrifice one for the other, never recognizing they're negotiating with a paradox, not solving a problem. You already balance this tension instinctively. The question is, can you do it intentionally? Culture is a vehicle. Through five sessions, you'll learn to navigate between the extrinsic sequence (Isolation, Evaluation, Recognition, Competition) and the intrinsic sequence (Connection, Safety, Creativity, Stability) by accessing four metaphorical vehicles: Vulnerability, Imperfection, Delight, and Grounding. This gives you the power to negotiate conflict. This isn't choosing between effective and healthy—it's embodying both simultaneously, in every negotiation you face.
My Life:
My Life is the third of three programs in My Success, expanding your awareness to see what's coming and counter blind reactions.
Success brings exposure—your crises multiply, others' crises become yours. Most leaders discover their interior map only when it's on fire. You've already prioritized what makes life meaningful. The question is, can you navigate those priorities before they become vulnerabilities? Life is exploration. Over five sessions, you'll map the four territories that define your interior world and give meaning to your successes: Identity (being meaningful), Energy (doing meaningful work), Legacy (leaving something meaningful), Aspiration (finding something meaningful). Mapping these territories helps protect them from crises. This isn't about finding meaning; you already did that. This is about protecting what you've built when crisis arrives.
My Now:
My Now is the first of two programs in My Instincts, designed to expand your capacity to pay attention and overcome distraction. My Now wakes the primitive hunter within. Before language, before analysis, your ancestors survived by reading what their conscious mind couldn't yet explain—danger in the shadows, opportunity in the stillness, the moment to move. You still have this. The question is, can you access it intentionally? Ten sessions calibrate five precision elements: Somatic Data (what you notice), Somatic Signals (what you transmit), Somatic Planning (what you carry), Somatic Stillness (when you pause), Somatic Restlessness (when you act). This isn't a silent meditation retreat removed from pressure—it's the primitive hunter operating under fire. Move with technicolor clarity while competitors miss critical signals.
My Room:
My Room is the second of two programs in My Instincts, expanding your capacity to pay attention and overcome distraction. My Room translates your expanded internal attention into external tactical advantage. Most leaders sleepwalk through high-stakes environments, missing signals that determine outcomes. You've learned to stay awake internally—now learn to read the room like an apex predator reads a waterhole. Elite operators extract signal from noise faster than neural processing allows. A cricket infielder catches a ball twelve feet from the batter despite optical lag. You already do this instinctively. The question is, can you do it intentionally? Ten sessions calibrate four precision filters: Somatic Certainty (what to ignore), Somatic Curiosity (what to focus on), Somatic Confidence (what to set aside), and Somatic Clarity (what to pounce on). You'll learn which filters reveal truth and which create distraction. Stand exactly where you need to be in any situation.
