Robert Millar // The Sherpa

As The Sherpa at Bespoke Compass, Robert's job is to help leaders reach new places by learning to see themselves in new ways. Whether it was working with terrorists and gang leaders or entrepreneurs and executives, Robert's years as a missionary, mentor, and coach solidified his belief that effective leadership never wears the same face twice. Robert developed the programs at the heart of Bespoke Compass to reflect that fact. His ability to hear the unspoken was shaped by his years helping people overcome circumstances the truth of which was too dire to verbalize. His passion for his work is matched only by his ceaseless interest in his fellow human being. Some call Robert a conversational Jedi. Some have called him a tarot card reader, and then 60 minutes later an indispensable part of their business. For someone who likens the revelations of a properly guided conversation to the thrill of driving a world-class performance race car, Robert calls himself lucky. Far from his native Northern Ireland, today Robert lives in St. Louis with his wife Bethany and their son John.
