They call me Sherpa because I like to help people get to where they want to go. This blog will be primarily a place for me to unpack our programs, and the principles that underpin each session. Our model is based on the layers of intelligence we all utilize as we live our lives. Everything I write here falls under three sections: Awareness, Attention, Agency. I built this business to create an uncluttered clean space for people who wanted to step out of the line of convention, and status quo to find another way to the summit. What I write about isn’t cookies on the bottom shelf, it will require you to wrestle, it has built in resistance as a feature not a bug. The videos are black and white, the material challenging because I have never found a way to grow that was comfortable. If what you read bothers, remember you chose to read it. My blogs and articles are meant to provoke thoughts and create paradigm shifts. The goal isn’t to “change” people as much as it is to ignite a fire in them to do the work and change themselves. I believe if leadership can change the culture within their businesses, they can impact not only their employees lives, but every life that employee comes into contact with, from the clerk at the gas station to their spouse and children.
